  • 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding. 

  • Team leadership and customer service.

  • Comfortable conducting feedback conversations. Product knowledge. 

  • Good English skills/understanding.

  • Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store. 

  • Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service. 

  • Ensure the store is up to brand standards at all times incl. Visual Merchandising standards, Replenishment, and Customer service to create the best shopping experience for the consumer.
