Our adidas Westfield White City store is one of the busiest in the UK, and we’re looking for a Floor Manager who can inspire, energise, and elevate our team to the next level. 

As a Floor Manager, you’ll lead an entire floor, and be the driving force behind exceptional service, operational excellence, and team performance. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Has proven leadership experience in high-volume retail or hospitality 

• Can motivate, inspire and lead by example – setting the pace for their team 

• Is confident in tackling underperformance and having honest conversations 

• Brings strong commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset 

• Is passionate about coaching, developing, and unlocking potential in others 

• Thrives under pressure and has a track record of delivering results
