The Role

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to support the McCullough Robertson team.  This role is offered as a part-time fixed term contract for an initial three-month period.  You will be required to work three days per week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Key duties will include:

  • Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages to internal and external clients;
  • Liaising daily with Reception and Office Services to coordinate meeting room requirements, including beverage service for meetings and events;
  • Ensuring the timely delivery and professional presentation of food and beverages at firm events and assisting with service as required; and
  • Keeping all kitchens clean, tidy and well stocked.

Experience

As the successful candidate, you will have prior hospitality experience in a corporate office environment and can work both collaboratively and autonomously as needed. You will bring exceptional customer service with a professional, personable manner, strong attention to detail, and reliable punctuality.  You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, juggling competing priorities with calm efficiency, bringing the flexibility and can‑do energy to step up when the firm needs you.
