Job Description

Set sail for a job where every shift feels like a holiday!  Join our crew at Darlington Beach Café and help us serve up good times, great food, and unforgettable memories for our guests.  Casual positions available!

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver top-notch service with a smile; greet guests, take orders, and make every meal a highlight of their stay.
  • Run meals, clear tables, and keep the bistro looking shipshape.
  • Serve drinks and coffees (if you’ve got the barista magic!).
  • Work side-by-side with our kitchen and front-of-house legends to create a seamless guest experience.
  • Make every guest feel like a VIP! No request is too small, and every detail counts!
  • Keep things safe, clean, and sparkling in line with NRMA and resort standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a restaurant, café, bistro, or customer service role (bonus points for all-rounders!).
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA is a must)
  • Food Handling Cert (Preferred, or willing to obtain once employed)
  • Barista skills? (Preferred) We love a coffee superstar!
  • Outstanding customer service skills; guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
  • Knowledge of safe and hygienic work practices.
