Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team on the stunning Worimi Country. In addition to providing outstanding service in our food and beverage operations, you will also have the opportunity to work as an Activities Host during school holiday periods.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests according to company standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation in all food service areas
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow all food safety procedures

During school holidays, you will:

  • Facilitate and supervise activities for children and families, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment
  • Coordinate activity set-ups and encourage participation from guests of all ages
  • Act as a positive ambassador for our team, delivering friendly and professional customer service at all times

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
  • A welcoming, friendly, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with both adults and children
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in guest service and creating memorable experiences

Role Requirements

  • Food Safety Certificate Level 1 (essential)
  • Current Working with Children Check (essential)
  • Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours during school holidays
  • Willingness to work across departments as required
  • Ability to commence from 23 February or as soon as possible
