This full‑time onsite role is the Food & Beverage Supervisor for Esprit Noir and Le Rivage at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, where luxury service meets sunny, vibrant dining. You will lead, mentor and energise a passionate team, oversee service flow, menu execution and presentation to the highest standard, and drive guest engagement, revenue, stock control and cost management across the department. The ideal candidate has premium or luxury venue leadership experience, a genuine passion for personalised guest service, strong wine and beverage knowledge, solid POS and stock reconciliation skills, RSA certification and full Australian working rights, and a flexible roster including weekends and holidays. Working closely with our talented Food and Beverage team, you will orchestrate flawless service experiences overseeing service flow, menu execution, and presentation to the highest standard. Beyond the guest experience, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership of the Esprit Noir and Le Rivage. With operational oversight, you will drive performance through team development, guest engagement, revenue optimisation, and stock management ensuring the department consistently delivers both exceptional service and commercial success.
You bring proven experience in premium or luxury bar, lounge, or restaurant operations, ideally in a leadership role within a five-star environment. With a genuine passion for personalised guest service, you have the intuition and creativity to craft memorable experiences, resolving any challenges with elegance, discretion, and finesse. Your deep knowledge of wine, champagne, beverage operations, stock control, revenue reconciliation, and POS systems ensures every service runs seamlessly and to the highest luxury standard.
