This is a hands-on role offering variety and exposure across casual dining, bar, pool service and conferences & events, perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives on great guest experiences.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver friendly, efficient and high-quality service to members and guests
  • Take orders, manage POS transactions and handle payments accurately
  • Serve food and beverages with confidence and strong product knowledge
  • Support events and functions, including setup and service
  • Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented environment
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service running smoothly

 

About You

  • Experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role
  • A natural people person with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under pressure
  • RSA Certificate (essential)
  • Bar experience or wine knowledge (desirable)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
