Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team at Sola Restaurant & Bar. This hands-on leadership role will support daily operations, lead from the floor and ensure exceptional guest experiences through strong service standards and team engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead daily Food & Beverage operations and support service excellence.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Manage guest interactions, feedback and service recovery.
• Maintain high standards across presentation, beverage service and compliance.
• Support stock control, training and team development.
• Work closely with Kitchen and Front Office teams to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality operations.
• Strong guest service focus with excellent communication skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead and support a team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with Micros, Opera and 7Rooms is highly desirable.
