The Social Hub seeks a Food & Beverage Hospitality Trainer to raise service standards across its Dutch operations by coaching on the floor and in real time, turning daily moments into learning opportunities. You’ll deliver in person trainings, spot gaps from performance and guest feedback, and guide teams through supplier knowledge and new tools while role modeling hospitality. To succeed, bring at least five years in F&B with leadership exposure, clear cross cultural communication, and comfort with POS and learning platforms, plus up to 25 percent travel.
