You will oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, coach and develop the F&B team, manage rosters and service standards, collaborate with the kitchen to ensure quality and guest satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining RSA, hygiene and safety compliance. The role mainly covers evening shifts with weekend availability. Key credentials include 12+ months in a supervisory or managerial capacity within a restaurant or hotel, 3+ years in a hospitality setting, a current RSA, strong communication and customer service skills, and a hospitality qualification preferred.
