Minor Hotels’ Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a recently refurbished upscale venue with panoramic Lake Wakatipu views. You’ll oversee service standards across shifts from 3.00 pm to 11.30 pm, with weekend work a must, and mentor the team, manage guest inquiries, and support stock control and daily operations. The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in hospitality, excellent communication and problem solving, a professional presence, and the flexibility to work a rotating roster.
