Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service operations to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and adhere to company policies
  • Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and alcohol service laws
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs while maintaining product quality
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations and timely food delivery
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all food and beverage items
  • Assist in menu planning, pricing, and special promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and guests

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 4 years’ experience in food and beverage management, culinary and related professional area.
  • Must have experience with beach lounge operations.
  • Must possess outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical business thinking required.
  • Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset.
  • Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment.
  • Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
  • Must be computer literate and analytical.
  • Enthusiastic and guest driven.
  • Must be able to prioritize, organize and be self-efficient.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
