THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated hospitality professional to join the Mahogany team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor working within a restaurant environment on the gaming floor. Mahogany is located on Level 2 at Crown Sydney and provides 24/7 luxury food and beverage service to VIP gaming guests, including a blend of gaming, private gaming salons and a restaurant and bar. Classic Western and Asian specialities are served from a fast‑casual dining menu.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front‑of‑house team during service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a high‑energy gaming floor setting and supporting the daily operations of the outlet. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is passionate about creating memorable moments for guests and team members alike.

The successful candidate will have experience managing a large team, sound business acumen, exceptional customer focus and will be highly visible and hands‑on throughout service.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast‑paced premium dining or bar environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a luxury environment
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster across 24/7 gaming operations
  • Chinese and/or Vietnamese language skills are advantageous
  • Advanced time‑management and organisational skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (requires police & credit checks)
