InterContinental Dubai Marina is seeking a Food & Beverages Administrator to provide essential admin support across Kitchen and Service, payroll processing, onboarding, reporting, and cross-department coordination. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years in a similar luxury hotel or upscale dining admin role, excellent communication, a service mindset, strong knowledge of F&B operations, attention to detail, and fluent English (additional languages are a bonus). You will manage payroll inputs, training records, meeting minutes, and departmental documentation, while ensuring policy compliance and food safety standards.
