Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Foreman - Airless spray painter to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this leadership role, you will oversee spray painting operations, manage a skilled team, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety on all projects. Your expertise in airless spray painting techniques, combined with your supervisory capabilities, will be essential to our continued success in delivering exceptional coating solutions.

• Supervise and coordinate airless spray painting teams on assigned projects, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines
• Conduct quality inspections of all spray painting work to verify compliance with specifications and industry standards
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on proper airless spray painting techniques and equipment operation
• Maintain and troubleshoot airless spray painting equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including UAE labor and safety standards
• Prepare and review project reports, including material usage, labor hours, and quality assessments
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions
• Manage inventory of coating materials, equipment, and supplies
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure all team members follow established safety protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in airless spray painting operations
• Proven supervisory or foreman experience managing skilled trades teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of airless spray painting techniques, equipment, and materials
• Strong understanding of coating specifications and quality standards
• Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Solid grasp of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in the UAE
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced industrial or construction environments
• Familiarity with project coordination and reporting
• Valid UAE work permit and relevant certifications in spray painting or industrial coatings (preferred)
