Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Foreman - Facade Installation to lead our facade installation operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal supervisory role, you will oversee all aspects of facade installation projects, ensuring exceptional quality, safety compliance, and on-time project delivery. You will manage teams, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and maintain strict adherence to UAE building codes and safety standards while driving operational excellence across all assigned projects.
- Supervise and coordinate facade installation teams on-site, ensuring all work meets quality standards and project specifications
- Plan and schedule daily work activities, allocate resources efficiently, and manage project timelines to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Inspect facade installation work at various stages to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality requirements
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients regarding project progress and any issues
- Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment; coordinate procurement with vendors as needed
- Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Document project progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily/weekly reports for management
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly, making decisive decisions to minimize project delays
- Ensure all work complies with UAE building codes, industry standards, and contractual obligations
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in facade installation and related construction work
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in a foreman or supervisory leadership role
- Comprehensive knowledge of facade installation systems, materials, and techniques
- Strong understanding of UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD documents
- Demonstrated project management and scheduling capabilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven motivational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and vendor management
- Valid safety certifications (OSHA or equivalent) and First Aid certification
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic language skills are preferred
- Ability to work at heights and in challenging construction environments
