Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Directs and controls work schedule provided by plant manager.
  • Communicates with plant and/or contractors with regards to schedule.
  • Determine access for job site and direct equipment so no damage of property occurs.
  • Direct crew with details of project to complete task according to blueprint specifications.
  • Must possess knowledge and experience of all positions and able to rotate to that position if seen necessary.
  • Maintains a strict adherence to company policies, safety policies, and OSHA regulations at all times.
  • Must be available to travel and work from other company facilities as needed.
  • Must possess a professional attitude while interacting with peers, contractors and general public.
  • Stands for long periods of time performing tests in hot weather or current conditions
  • May perform other related duties as required or directed. Including to travel and work from other company facilities as needed

 

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate, understand, and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools.
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays when necessary. Regular and timely attendance is required.
  • Must pass pre-employment requirements, drug screen, criminal background check and driving record review.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.

 

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED preferred.
  • Valid and current Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License or equivalent, and a valid medical DOT card.
  • At least 2 years of Gunite or relevant construction experience.
