Apparel Group is hiring a full-time forklift operator for onsite work in Dubai. The role focuses on material handling and operations, inventory support, safety and equipment maintenance, and coordination with warehouse teams to meet SOPs and HSE standards. You will operate forklifts and MHEs to move goods, load and unload, stack and position items, assist in counts and documentation, and perform daily equipment inspections. The ideal candidate holds a valid forklift license, is familiar with RF scanners and warehouse systems, understands basic safety and loading techniques, and can work flexible shifts during peak seasons. Key Responsibility:

Material Handling & Operations

• Operate forklifts and other MHEs (Material Handling Equipment) to transport, stack, retrieve, or position goods.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and staging areas as per operational requirements.
• Ensure proper stacking, binning, and relocation of goods in designated storage zones.

Inventory Support

• Assist in physical inventory counts and stock movement verification.
• Update relevant documentation or handheld systems upon material movement.

Safety & Equipment Maintenance

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or damages immediately.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Ensure the secure handling of fragile or high-value merchandise.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and team members for timely execution of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and SOPs during all operations.
• Support the DC team during peak loads and perform manual tasks when required.

Desired Experience:

• Valid forklift operator license or certification (as per local regulatory standards).
• Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse inventory systems, and basic record-keeping.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and loading techniques.
• Ability to work in shifts and flexible hours during peak seasons.
