McNab is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters for full‑time, on‑site work on landmark high‑rise and multi‑residential projects across the Gold Coast and South East Queensland. The role covers formwork and concreting for slabs, columns and walls, steel and timber framing, footings and fit‑outs, with the ability to read plans and work safely in fast paced teams. They want safety focused, detail oriented carpenters with a trade qualification in carpentry, Construction White Card, a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport, plus willingness to travel across SEQ and work unsupervised when required. Duties:

You’ll carry out a range of formwork and general carpentry tasks across our commercial, industrial, and residential projects — no two sites are the same!

Key duties include:

• Formwork and concreting for slabs, columns, and walls
• Steel and timber framing
• Footings, hold-down bolts, cladding, and flooring
• Commercial and residential fit-outs
• Maintenance and defect work

You’ll also:

• Work with steel, concrete, and timber
• Read and interpret plans and drawings
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Follow all site safety procedures
• Work effectively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Formwork Carpenters
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented
• Motivated with a strong work ethic
• Professional and team-oriented
• Capable of working unsupervised when required
• Eager to grow and progress your career
• Trade Qualification in Carpentry
• Construction White Card (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (travel across SEQ required)
