The role of a Claims Consultant is a challenging and rewarding role within the Life Insurance Industry. It requires you to assess and adjudicate on claims made by individuals under their policies who are at their most vulnerable (sick or injured) efficiently, fairly, and honestly. As a part of the role, you will at times interact with a variety of customers, doctors, accountants, lawyers, rehabilitation experts with a goal to make decisions.

Under your employment at TAL, we offer a full and comprehensive training program called “Foundation” where we teach you how to assess claims from the start. You will form part of this team and in your first 4 months of participation in the program, you will receive in depth training and support to achieve your first claims delegation within that period.
