Founding Growth Partner at Aussie Founders Club offers co-ownership with founder Megan to turbocharge a pre-validated marketplace backed by a live audience (2,000+ founders in Slack, 4,600+ weekly newsletter subscribers, 20+ events a year) and revenue from day one. The role is a serious side hustle or part-time arrangement with potential to scale into a spin-out, focusing on traffic and acquisition, supply growth on the platform, and activating demand so consultants land real board work, all under a clear revenue split. You are a growth generalist who has shipped measurable SEM, paid social, and SEO results, is semi-technical, ideally fractional yourself, and can commit consistent weekly hours. To apply, share a concise 90-day plan, key metrics you would move, a brief case study showing audience activation and revenue uplift, and why you fit the co-founder mindset and terms.
Revenue split now + co-founder conversations!

Why this one is different
Most marketplaces die in the cold-start problem - no supply, no demand, no way to reach either. This one starts with all three solved:
Distribution. Aussie Founders Club reaches the exact audience on both sides: 2,000+ founders in Slack, two newsletters hitting 4,600+ subscribers weekly, 20+ events a year, and a LaunchVic-backed brand founders already trust. You're not building an audience from zero - you're activating one that exists.
Supply. Live and paying. We launched two weeks ago, sold 21 of 25 foundational spots, and generated revenue from day one. Vetted fractional consultants are already on the board and building out profiles.
Demand. Megan runs a recruitment business plus a founder community. There's a pipeline of companies looking for fractional talent that can be switched on and pointed at the board.
Your job isn't to create a market. It's to pour fuel on one that's already lit.
The role
A partnership, structured like a serious side hustle for two people. You co-own growth with Megan, AFC's founder. Revenue is tracked separately and split. If it grows into something sustained, we agree upfront how a spin-out would work.
What you'd own:
Traffic and acquisition - SEM, paid social, SEO, and whatever channels prove out
Subscription growth on the supply side
Activating and scaling the demand side so consultants get real work from the board
Modelling what commercially viable looks like and driving toward it
Who you are
A generalist who's shipped growth before and can show the numbers
Strong across SEM, paid social, and SEO - you know how to buy and earn traffic efficiently
Semi-technical - landing pages, automations, scrappy funnels, no waiting on anyone
Ideally fractional yourself, or close enough to understand both sides of this marketplace
Able to commit consistent weekly hours and take real ownership
What's on offer
Revenue split on a product already converting, with founding partner terms agreed in writing - split, decision rights, and spin-out triggers included
The three hardest marketplace problems solved before you write your first ad
A build you can point to, with upside if it becomes its own thing
