Array is a remote-first fintech platform hiring an FP&A Analyst to drive planning, forecasting and strategic analysis for a VC-backed SaaS business serving 500+ clients. You will own modeling, budgeting, variance analysis and reporting, partner with Accounting and leadership, and support M&A diligence, integration and ROI tracking while building KPI dashboards and leveraging AI tools to move faster. Requirements include 4+ years in FP&A, advanced Excel, comfort with large datasets and BI tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for finance and non-finance stakeholders. As an FP&A Analyst at Array, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and operational decision-making across a high-growth fintech business. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, and executive leadership to support a VC-backed SaaS company serving 500+ clients while helping navigate rapid growth, acquisitions, and evolving operational complexity.
