About our role: 

Displayed pay range (base salary) is a guide and local market specific. The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on skill set and professional experience assessed throughout the interview process.

This is a key role supporting the FP&A Director for the Professional Haircare business, contributing to global management reporting, business planning, and commercial insight, with a focus on driving financial performance. The FP&A Analyst will support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the salon business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and robust planning processes.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, functional cost owners, and central FP&A teams. This position goes beyond traditional financial control, providing proactive guidance and support to budget holders on all aspects of budget management and profitability. 

What you will do: 

  • Drive the budget & planning process
  • Produce management reports and provide clear explanations for performance variances to support organizational objectives. Analyse variances and explore variances/potential problems with line managers.
  • Support month-end close activities; ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Work with budget holders to ensure they understand the financial information and their impact on organization. Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders. Provide all budget holders with up-to-date information in relation to their budgets.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency on reporting and processes. Attend and contribute to steering/focus groups; support finance projects (global and local) and ad hoc process improvements. Be open to change and adapt to new ways of delivering business services.

What you will need: 

  • Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a degree in an analytical discipline preferred.
  • 4+ years’ experience in relevant finance roles within an international, matrix organisation, with first-hand experience in management accounting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • FMCG experience is preferred, ideally within a branded, product-led, and consumer- or customer-insight-driven environment.
  • Advanced financial analysis and business partnering capabilities, with high proficiency in Excel, SAP, BPC, and BI tools.
  • Ability to simplify complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Highly organised with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, while maintaining a solid strategic overview across large volumes of information.
