Estee Lauder is seeking a Fragrance Specialist in Tamworth to deliver a welcoming, inspirational in-store experience for Tom Ford and Balmain fragrances, blending makeup artistry with personalized service. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes teamwork, visual merchandising, and meeting high retail standards, with training and development provided. Certification in makeup artistry is preferred but not required; applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical skills and a genuine passion for people will be considered. You must be able to work retail hours including evenings and weekends, have POS experience, and prove right to work. Qualifications

- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
