Guzman y Gomez seeks a Franchise Culinary & Operations Coach in VIC to lead and support franchisees, driving sales while upholding our 100% clean food standards. The Area Manager will coach for fast service, accurate orders, and guest experience, build improvement plans, protect food safety and quality, and translate numbers into action across sales, labor and waste while rolling out new initiatives. Ideal candidates have multi-site QSR or hospitality leadership, a natural coaching style, passion for food quality and safety, P&L literacy, a current Australian driver’s license and travel ability.
