Emperor is expanding its freelance roster ahead of the next reporting season and seeks skilled Production Artists/Report Artworkers based in the GCC or Asia who can work Dubai hours (GST). Ideal candidates bring demonstrable experience delivering complex corporate and financial reports, advanced Adobe InDesign, strong typography and layout, meticulous attention to detail, and a track record of managing amendments across multiple document versions while delivering print-ready and digital files. This freelance role supports our Middle East teams remotely and offers either full-time or part-time availability with invoicing as a freelancer and collaboration in an English speaking environment. The role

We are expanding our freelance roster ahead of the next reporting season and are keen to connect with experienced Production Artists/Report Artworkers based in the GCC and Asia.

While this is not an imminent requirement, we are looking to build relationships with highly skilled production specialists who have demonstrable experience delivering complex corporate and financial reports - including statutory and regulatory reports - to an exceptional standard.

We welcome freelancers with either full-time or part-time availability to support our Middle East teams remotely on corporate reporting projects.

Please note that applicants must already be based in the GCC or Asia region and able to work Dubai (GST) hours.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable experience producing corporate or financial reports, ideally within an agency setting

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign

• Strong typography and layout skills

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Experience handling amends across multiple document versions

• Confidence in preparing print-ready and digital files

• Availability to work Dubai hours (GST)

• Based in the GCC region or Asia

• Set up to work as an independent freelancer (legally able to invoice for freelance services)

You must be comfortable working to tight deadlines, maintaining exceptional accuracy, and delivering print-ready files. As you will be working as part of an English-speaking team, a strong command of written and spoken English is essential.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Native Arabic speaker (this would be an advantage, but not essential for this role)

• Experience working on reports in multiple language versions

• Agency or corporate communications background

• Familiarity with investor relations and listed company reporting processes

• Calm, solutions-focused approach during a peak reporting period
