Position Summary

The Sales person is responsible for managing qualified solar sales opportunities from initial appointment through contract execution and project completion. This role works closely with internal teams to support lead coordination, customer qualification, CRM accuracy, and a smooth handoff from sale to installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage qualified solar leads from consultation to signed contract

Requirements

  • Experience in solar sales or customer-facing sales roles

  • Fluent level of German and English

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools

  • Knowledge of solar proposal tools is a plus

  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits
