Are you looking for a role in which you play an important part in our logistics processes? As a Logistics Desk Employee, you are the first point of contact for drivers and ensure everything at the desk runs smoothly.

Reach your full potential as Front Desk Assistant in Logistics

You provide the right information, documents, and directions within our logistics centre. In this way, you contribute to the smooth flow of our daily logistics processes. Your tasks include:

• Welcoming drivers and visitors at the desk
• Providing information about locations, routes, and procedures
• Directing drivers to the right place within our logistics centre
• Processing required documents and administrative tasks
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Maintaining order and cleanliness at the desk

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 22:00.

Qualifications

This is you

You are motivated and with your strong social skills, you communicate well with customers, even in a busy environment, you stay efficient and focused.

You:

• Are available Monday till Friday, from 13:00 to 22:00

• Preferably speak both Dutch and English

• Can work independently and take responsibility

• Have an interest in logistics processes (experience is a plus)
