The University of Guelph’s Ridgetown Campus is hiring two temporary Front Desk Clerks for about 30 to 35 hours per week with rotating days, evenings and weekends. One role runs August 27, 2026 to August 26, 2027 and the other from August 24, 2026 to April 30, 2027 with a reduced 30 hour schedule. This high visibility position combines front desk operations, student support, housing management in StarRez, social media marketing and campus safety dispatch to create a welcoming, safe campus experience. Requirements include a one year college diploma plus experience or an equivalent, strong crisis management and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, StarRez, Adobe, Canva and social platforms; First Aid, CPR and AED are preferred.
