Novotel Sydney City Centre is seeking a motivated part-time Front Office All-Rounder to deliver service from check-in to check-out, be the first point of contact for guests, perform night audit and porterage duties, assist guests with self-check-in kiosks, and enroll non-members in the ALL Accor Live Limitless loyalty program. The ideal candidate has hotel customer service experience, strong computer skills including Office and OPERA Cloud, the ability to multi-task under pressure, excellent communication and presentation, and a genuine passion for surprising guests. Availability across a seven-day rotating roster is essential.
