Minor Hotels is seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager for Elysia Wellness Retreat in Maitland, a full-time onsite role leading the Front Office team with rotating shifts from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm and an immediate start option. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a supervisory hotel or resort, strong people leadership, exceptional communication, proactive guest service, trust accounting knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver accurate daily reporting and efficient rosters. You’ll support the Hotel Manager with recruitment and resolve guest concerns promptly while upholding service standards.
