The InterContinental Fujairah Resort is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead Front Office operations, manage staffing and performance, and coach the team to deliver seamless guest experiences at the Al Aqah Beach property. You’ll drive KPIs such as Guest Love scores, loyalty enrolments, upselling, room revenue and service recovery, while owning occupancy targets and cost control. The role oversees Front Desk, Duty Managers, Instant Service Agents, Bell/Valet and Transportation, reporting to the Director of Rooms, and requires a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management with at least 2 years in a similar role, fluent English and mandatory Russian.
