Job Summary
As a Front Office Specialist at Fluke’s European Headquarters in Eindhoven, you are the face of the organization. You ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient front office, delivering high-quality service to employees, visitors, and external partners in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
• Manage visitor registration, issue badges, and ensure compliance with building access and security guidelines
• Act as gatekeeper for the office, maintaining adherence to company policies
• Handle incoming calls via the central switchboard and direct them appropriately
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages, including priority shipments and required documentation
• Manage office supplies and support general office needs in line with company policies
• Support essential administrative activities, including:
• Maintaining and improving front office processes
• Creating purchase requisitions (indirect spend)
• Act on, and report facilities related incidents and requests.
• Provide additional support and administrative assistance as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front office or administrative role, preferably in an international environment
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Professional, customer-focused, and service-oriented mindset
• Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Flexible, with willingness to adjust working hours to ensure front office coverage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and eager to learn new tools
• Fluent in English and basic Dutch knowledge (spoken and written)
   

Additional Information

• Full-time role (limited part-time flexibility may be discussed)
• Flexibility required to ensure team coverage during absences
• Reports to the Facilities Manager, with collaboration across multiple stakeholders
