Job Description:

An Architectural Draftsman is responsible for creating precise architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting tools. They assist architects in developing floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and construction details while ensuring compliance with building codes, project specifications, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
  • Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
  • Revise drawings based on client, architect, or engineer feedback.
  • Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors.
  • Perform site measurements and update drawings as required.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and drawing revisions.
  • Assist in preparing permit and tender documentation.

Required Skills:
