This role supports adults with disabilities to stay independent at home by assisting with housekeeping, homemaking, transporting clients to medical appointments, wellness calls, and other PSA duties; no personal care is required. A vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required, with occasional coverage across Hamilton and Burlington. Ideal candidates will have some high school education, empathy for people with disabilities or seniors, basic math skills, strong planning and decision making, solid communication, reliability, and teamwork. Compensation is $22.50 per hour with HOOPP, health benefits, education and tuition reimbursement, EAP, and two $500 bonuses. We provide services across the Golden Horseshoe in the Mississauga, Burlington, Stoney Creek and Hamilton communities.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for regular monitoring and provision of support to clients to enable them to remain in their own homes and live as independently as possible. These positions will support with housekeeping and homemaking activities, transporting clients to medical appointments, deliveries to clinets, wellness calls as well as other PSA duties as required. No personal care is required in this role and is great for individuals with no experience but looking to get into the healthcare field.
* This position requires access to a vehicle and a valid drivers license.
* This position may require occasional coverage in both Hamilton and Burlington areas*
Employment Requirements:
Hourly Rate: $22.50
