Two part-time roles at The Warehouse Group’s Warehouse Stationery in Newmarket, Auckland, onsite. Position 1 covers Sunday and Monday 10:00am to 4:00pm and Tuesday to Thursday 5:00pm to 9:00pm; Position 2 covers Friday and Saturday 5:00pm to 9:00pm. The role centers on selling office furniture, building strong customer rapport, and delivering practical product solutions, with physical duties including standing for long periods and some heavy lifting. Reliability, flexibility and a good sense of humour are essential. Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience, strong communication and a willingness to learn; be ready to climb ladders and lift items. We are seeking a sales professional who is passionate about all of our office products solutions! You will be responsible for selling our wide range of cool and affordable office furniture so your sales ability and customer rapport building skills will be top notch. This role has an element of heavy lifting, so you will need to be physically fit.
Your reliability and strong work ethic are essential. You will fit the mold if you have a sense of humour, can demonstrate flexibility and a team player attitude.
He kōrero mōu ake - About you
Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it’s not a requirement. Ideally you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and undertaking some heavy lifting
