Key requirements include a Class 1A license, 2 to 3 years gravel hauling with tandem or wagon, and city and oilfield hauling experience, plus knowledge of road construction processes. Work is Monday to Saturday, up to 12 hours, with overtime and physical demands like lifting 50 lbs and PPE use.
