Are you a gaming specialist looking for a premium role that offers genuine lifestyle flexibility? The iconic Breakfast Creek Hotel is looking for a dedicated Gaming Manager on a Part-Time or Full-Time basis, with a highly flexible roster to suit your lifestyle.

We aren't looking for someone to sit in the back office; we need a floor-focused leader who loves building genuine rapport with regular players and takes immense pride in room presentation. Whether you are returning to the workforce, balancing other commitments, or simply looking for a premier part-time leadership role, this is your chance to manage a top-tier gaming room at one of Australia’s most famous hotels.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
