Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Gardener to join our Aotea Village on a casual basis! Ideally you will have gardening or landscaping experience. But more important to us will be your genuine passion for creating great environments and love for all kinds of people from all walks of life.

This is a busy and diverse role, assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day garden maintenance activities. Therefore, you will need to be organised and efficient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in service.

This is a casual role, working on an 'as and when required' basis. 

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll bring some experience in gardening or landscaping—but what matters most to us is your genuine passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces and your warm, respectful approach to people from all walks of life.
You’ll be a team player who can also work independently, managing your time effectively to ensure daily tasks are completed to a high standard. Being well-organised, efficient, and physically fit will help you thrive in this hands-on role and deliver great service to our residents.
A genuine passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, along with a warm, respectful approach to people from all walks of life, is essential.
