Minor Hotels is hiring a reliable Gardener / Groundsperson for Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort in Alexandra Headland, Queensland, on a casual on-site basis. You will maintain lawns, garden beds, hedges and outdoor spaces to a high standard, operate gardening tools safely, and apply environmentally responsible practices while following Workplace Health and Safety guidelines. The ideal candidate has prior gardening or landscaping experience, knowledge of safe tool use and basic plant care, is physically fit, able to work independently, and brings a reliable work ethic; horticulture qualifications are highly regarded. Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort are looking for a reliable and hands-on Gardener to support the upkeep and presentation of our landscaped areas on a casual basis.
This role is essential in ensuring the gardens, grounds and outdoor areas of the property are maintained to a high standard, creating a safe, attractive and welcoming environment for guests and staff. The successful candidate will carry out routine gardening and grounds maintenance duties while working in a safe, environmentally responsible manner.
