Green By Nature seeks a full-time Gardening Enhancement Team Member to operate onsite in Acacia Ridge 04, contributing to SEQ green space improvements. The role involves safe operation of mowing equipment, gear maintenance, completing service requests and strict safety compliance. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with an early start and finish, competitive pay, uniforms and PPE, plus ongoing safety training and potential overtime in warmer months. Required are hands-on gardening skills with mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, planting, turf, irrigation and mulching, a valid manual license and White Card; reliability and teamwork. About the Role

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for working alongside a team to enhance green spaces across various contracts around SEQ

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

• Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
• Complete service requests as required
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in Gardening using push mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, planting, laying turf, irrigation and mulching
• Valid Manual Drivers Licence
• White Card
• Highly regarded: Working at heights, ACDC licence, EWP, Working with Children
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
• Be punctual and reliable
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
