The ideal candidate has 5 to 15+ years in aerospace or mechanical engineering with strong grounding in heat transfer, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics, plus experience with Ansys Workbench or similar, FEA/CFD, and 1D flow tools such as Flomaster or Amesim. Strong programming skills (C, Matlab/Simulink) and the ability to mentor junior engineers are important, as is fluent English and good communication.
