Guitar Center is hiring a full-time onsite Retail Operations Manager for Store 622 in Merrillville, IN. You will lead receiving, stocking, and merchandising to planograms and promotions while fostering a culture of integrity, inclusion and musical passion. Partner with the Store Manager to hit EBITDA, sales and margin goals and oversee staffing, training, shipping and receiving, warehouse organization and inventory reporting, stepping in as acting manager when needed. Requirements include 3+ years in retail or warehouse, a valid driver’s license, MS Office skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, and weekend, holiday and evening availability; familiarity with Guitar Center systems is a plus.
