Night shifts keeping the club sparkling

Day-to-day work centers on maintaining cleanliness and safety across the space. You’ll follow health and safety policies and JD Gyms’ brand standards as you go about your duties.

Expect to carry out regular cleaning and safety checks on a daily, weekly and monthly rhythm, and to flag any defects so the building and equipment stay safe to use. The club will rely on you to keep facilities clean and to present a professional appearance in line with the company’s expectations.

Delivering positive member service is part of the job, friendly interactions, helpful guidance, and a professional demeanour when assisting people around the club. You’ll also support learning and development activities designed to raise consistent standards across the business, and you may be asked to take on other reasonable duties as needed.
