This role blends operational excellence with strong financial management, team development and guest experience, while collaborating with the Cradle Mountain Wilderness Gallery. You’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, WHS compliance and stakeholder relationships, with intrastate travel as required and a focus on remote area tourism, plus the added benefit of free staff accommodation. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of senior leadership in hotel property management, proven team leadership and remote operations experience; WWVP, licensee accreditation and first aid are required.
