Job Role:  To manage the overall retail asset operationally and develop retail management strategies to achieve high-quality standard of services and exceed profitability.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the assets P&L., Capex & Opex
  • Report regularly on the performance of the asset from financial statement (income statement), sales, marketing, operational and personnel perspectives. Prepare monthly and quarterly retail asset management reports.
  • Responsible for the overall asset maintenance, aesthetics, services and safety via working with asset operation (cleaning, security, FM, waste management, pest control, other services) team and service providers to optimize quality operation and services 
  • Provide sustainability analysis for all retailers and assist the leasing department in planning, controlling and optimizing the brands and tenant mix (replacement of poor performers).
  • Work closely with tenants and marketing team to achieve and increase footfall and sales for the assigned asset.
  • Work with development and project management team in planning, executing and completing the projects.
  • Maintain an update on market research and provide reports on Retail Trade Analysis, Sales Analysis and Market & Competition Analysis. Produce business plan, strategic plan reports and fact sheets based on data collection that is created by conducting research.

 

Role Requirements: 

10-15 years of progressive experience in shopping mall or destination management, including multi-site operations, or commercial property management.

Bachelor’s degree in Management or Economics. Master’s degree is preferable
