Key Responsibilities - in this role you will:
Design and deliver engaging one-to-one lessons tailored to the student’s level, goals, and learning style.
Focus on improving the student’s fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar in German.
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to support continuous improvement.
Encourage active participation and build the student’s confidence in speaking and understanding German.
Adapt teaching methods and pace based on the student’s evolving needs.
Maintain clear and professional communication with the student and project manager.
Native or near-native proficiency in German.
Proven experience in teaching German as a second language, preferably in a one-to-one setting.
Strong knowledge of German grammar, pronunciation, and usage.
Ability to create engaging and personalized lesson plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a student-centered approach.
A degree in German, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is a plus.
TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent is preferred.
