The Content & Activation Specialist is responsible for ensuring high‑quality, accurate, and best‑in‑class digital content across Specialized.com. This role supports global product launches, campaigns, and always‑on experiences by managing content execution, governance, and continuous optimization in close partnership with cross‑functional teams.
You know our riders, our products, and our digital standards — and you use that knowledge to deliver consistent, scalable content that performs across markets. You will work across product pages, site components, stories, navigation, and localization to ensure Specialized.com shows up at its best globally.
This position will be located in our Swiss office in Hünenberg (ZG).
How You Will Make a Difference
Execute and maintain high‑quality digital content across product pages, campaigns, navigation, and global site components.
Translate product and marketing inputs into clear, accurate, and engaging digital content experiences.
Own CMS updates and content publishing workflows to support global product introductions, seasonal campaigns, and in‑season changes.
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global governance standards through regular audits and quality checks.
Partner with UX, Creative, Product, Marketing, and Localization teams to bring product stories to life on Specialized.com.
Coordinate translation workflows with regional teams to ensure scalable, localization‑ready content for global markets.
Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to optimize discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
Support continuous improvement of digital tools, components, and processes to increase efficiency and content scalability.
Work within structured project and ticket systems (e.g., Jira) to ensure timely delivery of content tasks and product launch readiness.
Participate in the development of rider‑centered digital standards and contribute to future content experience enhancements.
What You Need to Win
3+ years of experience in digital content management, ecommerce content activation, or similar roles.
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Media Design, or related fields.
Hands-on CMS experience; familiarity with enterprise-level content platforms is a strong advantage.
Understanding of eCommerce content workflows, product launches, localization, and site governance.
Ability to analyze performance data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.
Highly organized, process‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
