This Global Demand Planning Excellence Lead CoE Manager at Bacardi offers a chance to own the global S&OP framework, harmonize processes across regions, and optimize inventory to support BEST10 growth. You’ll build partnerships with markets, OCs and operations leaders, design global capability programs, and develop training on forecasting methods and lifecycle planning while driving the adoption of digital planning tools with governance via health checks and audits. The ideal candidate has a solid planning background with S&OP expertise, Lean and change management experience, and SAP ECC/APO/IBP/BI fluency. English is essential, other European languages are a plus. You will play a major role in optimizing inventory across the markets and manage overall demand accuracy for our operations, ultimately helping Bacardi to deliver against our BEST10 growth aspirations to support sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
•
Support the global demand planning process framework, including roles, KPIs, policies, SOPs, and control standards.
•
Ensure process harmonization across business units, regions, and categories.
•
Monitor compliance and performance through regular process health checks and audits.
•
Design and lead global demand planning capability programs, aligned with planning maturity and business needs.
•
Develop and maintain training materials (e.g., forecasting methods, statistical modeling, lifecycle planning).
•
Support onboarding of demand planners and organize train-the-trainer programs
•
Build and manage a global network of Demand Planning Super Users
•
Facilitate peer learning, feedback loops, and community events (forums, webinars, best practice showcases).
•
Partner with IT, Digital COE, and transformation teams to support global deployment and evolution of planning tools
•
Ensure user adoption, change management, and performance monitoring for digital planning tools.
•
Support global demand planning process and standards across regions and business units.
•
Develop and maintain lean and benchmark culture across teams’ mindset and actions.
•
Build forecasting and analytics capabilities across the demand planning community
•
Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and collaboration.

•
Background in planning (i.e. Sales, Demand, Supply, Production).
•
Strong S&OP knowledge.
•
Strength in critical analysis- seeking to understand complex business needs and review them via continuous improvement process/Lean principles and incorporations of available systems technologies.
Demonstrate accountability and capability to work independently with confidence to ask for support when required.
Ability to find effective ways of working within a matrix organization, and within a fast-changing environment.
Skilled in project management and IT implementations, demonstrating strong organisation.
Administration skills and close attention to detail.
Managing stakeholder expectations in relation to delivery & execution.
Skilled in change management
Willingness to work collaboratively with teams across different geographies and cultures.
Ability to anticipate challenges and find innovative solutions.
Experience with strong aptitude for working with systems like SAP ECC/APO/IBP/BI and Microsoft.
Experience within a Supply Chain Market position.
Language Requirements: English is essential, other European Languages is an asset.
