The ideal candidate has 8+ years in sales or business development with 5+ in global accounts, strong technical and commercial acumen, and a proven ability to translate technology into customer value, with experience in semiconductors, photonics, electronics, or automotive. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus. Tips: quantify wins with case studies, show cross-functional leadership, and highlight contracts and supply chain experience.
